Research the history of idents.

Research the BBC and discuss the development of their idents from 1953 until the present.

Research and compare this to Channel 4 idents.

Analyse:

  • How they were made (and developments in technology)
  • Link to corporate identity
  • Target Audience appeal

Include:

Paragraph 2: Explain your channel using corporate identity theory. 
                      Explain corporate design (logos/colours etc)

Paragraph 3: Corporate communication (advertising/public relations/information)

Paragraph 4: Corporate behaviour (internal values/norms)
